All shipments are sent to Hong Kong and you checkout in Hong Kong before the Philippines. The idea is you shop around the world and your goods go to Hong Kong before the Philippines. Once each shipment arrives at Hong Kong, you have free consolidation services and 42 days FREE storage (Day 1 is when the shipment arrives at Hong Kong). You cannot separate items but you can consolidate (combine shipments) as we treat each shipment per tracking number. You can also choose to checkout separately as well if it is sent into our warehouse separately (i.e. different delivery addresses).

The chargeable weight is counted by order after shipment consolidation. For example, you have three shipments which are tracking number 1 from the USA, tracking number 2 from the UK and tracking number 3 from South Korea.

The final chargeable weight:

Shipment 1 (1.2 lb) + Shipment 2 (1.2 lb) + Shipment 3 (1.2 lb)

= 4 (3.6) lb
