If the retailer does not provide you with a tracking number or the parcel is sent out without a tracking number, you are not able to declare at that moment.
If the information of shipping address and receiver (with your Member ID) are correct during your online shopping, Buy&Ship will send you an email notification regarding the parcel declaration when your parcel is arrived at our oversea warehouse. In that email, there will be a tracking number of your parcel. Please go to the "Member Centre > My Shipment" to declare your parcel immediately.
Any parcel without a proper declaration can be stored at our warehouse for 30 days and afterward it will be discarded without further notice.
