If you receive an email regarding declaration, it means that your parcel arrived at our oversea warehouse. In order to proceed your shipment, you need to provide more details of your parcels to us. In the email, there is a tracking number of your parcel. Please go to the "Member Center > Parcel Management" to declare your parcel immediately.
Any parcel without a proper declaration can be stored at our warehouse for 30 days and afterward it will be discarded without further notice.
